Dedicated claims staff - CMR claims adjusters work exclusively on servicing clients' claims.
Reserving - CMR's reserving strategy is based upon estimates of ultimate claim value, with separate reserves allotted for each loss type (building, contents, etc.), as well as for allocated expenses. Ultimate reserve value determinations are made within six months of CMR's receipt of a loss notice.
Reinsurance - CMR works with clients to assure compliance with necessary reinsurance reporting requirements.
Claims authority and settlement - CMR secures client approval along with all appropriate documentation prior to making reserving or settlement recommendations. Claims payments are made in accordance with applicable state Fair Claims Practices Acts.
Litigation - Our staff actively manages litigation to provide clients with the best possible claims results, while exercising tight control over legal costs.
Loss prevention - CMR will advise clients of any adverse underwriting information discovered during individual claims investigations.

Preferred contractors program - CMR's network of approved repair contractors deliver prompt, professional service at reasonable prices.
Approved counsel network - CMR has access to attorneys and subrogation specialists who have agreed to reduce fees and prearranged reporting requirements.
Alternative dispute resolution (ADR) - Automotive and general liability cases are settled through voluntary mediation, arbitration, settlement days and other approved methods.
